What is your typical sample delivery policy for international buyers?
We provide free standard sample swatches (10x10cm or 15x15cm). Clients only cover international courier airfreight (DHL/FedEx/UPS), which is fully deductible against your first commercial container order.
Can you customize thicknesses, dimensions, and custom court markings?
Yes. Our CNC cutting and high-pressure hydraulic vulcanization presses allow bespoke thicknesses from 3mm up to 50mm, along with custom logo curing and high-durability polyurethane court line markings.
What are your standard export delivery times and shipping terms?
Standard inventory products ship within 7-10 business days. Custom polymer formulations or large court runs take approximately 15-20 days. We support FOB Ningbo/Shanghai, CIF, and DDP terms.
