Part One: Suitable for the production of higher quality flat and bend tempered glass, particularly for the low-E glass printing glass tempering.

Part Two:The heating rate and quality in comparison to the radiation heating furnace of same type is improved obviously, the shortened time in glass heating, greatly minimizes the scratched lower surface of the glass.

Part Three:heat absorbtion ability of upper and lower surface of the glass tending a more equal point makes much more equally heated surfaces which totally eliminates white frog like phenomenon on the bottom of glass and cracked thick glass.

The mixing ratios vary according to different materials and different manufacturers.
